Kala gond (also known as Gond Siyah or black gum) is a natural plant resin extracted from trees like Anogeissus latifolia.

1. Grind the gum resin into a fine powder
2. Take half a gram of this powder, approximately one teaspoon
3. Mix it in a glass of lukewarm water
4. Take this mixture twice a day after meals
